Once opened, the easy change gullet simply lifts out and can be replaced by another size. Therefore the size/width of the saddle can be changed anywhere any time quickly.Also if we buy another horse, there is often no need to go through extensive saddle fitting sessions to find another saddle to fit the new horse.
